READ BEFORE USING THIS PLATFORM
TradeHook is a software execution engine. It mechanically routes user-defined or third-party signals to user-owned brokerage accounts. TradeHook does not generate signals, provide investment advice, or manage money.
You are solely responsible for: the signals you choose to execute, the strategies you subscribe to, all trading decisions, and all resulting profits or losses. TradeHook's role ends at execution. What gets executed, and whether it makes or loses money, is entirely your responsibility.
TRADING FUTURES, FOREX, EQUITIES, AND CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. YOU MAY LOSE MORE THAN YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. ONLY RISK CAPITAL YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE ENTIRELY. THIS PLATFORM IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ALL PERSONS.
TradeHook is a webhook-to-broker execution engine operated by Cornucopia Supply Corp. It receives HTTP webhook signals from external sources (TradingView, custom algorithms, third-party signal providers) and routes them as order instructions to the user's own brokerage account via the broker's published API. TradeHook:
TradeHook executes whatever signal it receives mechanically and without discretion. The platform has no ability to evaluate whether a signal is appropriate, profitable, legal, or suitable for any particular user.
You are solely and exclusively responsible for:
TradeHook makes no representation that any signal, strategy, or trading method is profitable, suitable, or appropriate. A signal that worked historically may fail in the future. Past execution data shown on the platform is historical record only — it does not indicate, predict, or guarantee future results.
Strategy providers listed on the TradeHook Marketplace are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Cornucopia Supply Corp or TradeHook. By listing a strategy, providers agree that:
TradeHook reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, regulatory concern, or user complaints.
When you subscribe to a strategy on the TradeHook Marketplace, you are instructing TradeHook to automatically execute that provider's signals on your brokerage account. You acknowledge and agree that:
Companies and individuals who license TradeHook's technology as white-label operators ("Operators") are independently responsible for:
TradeHook provides infrastructure only. Cornucopia Supply Corp is not liable for the regulatory compliance or business conduct of white-label operators or their end users.
Futures trading involves substantial risk. Futures are leveraged instruments; losses can exceed your initial deposit. Not suitable for all investors.
Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk due to leverage. A high percentage of retail accounts lose money trading forex and CFDs.
Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and volatile. Crypto assets are not legal tender and are not backed by any government or central bank. Values can go to zero.
Equities and options carry risk of total loss of invested capital.
Automated execution does not reduce trading risk. An automated system can and will execute losing trades. No algorithm or signal eliminates the risk of loss.
Technology risk: Internet disruptions, broker outages, API failures, or software bugs may result in missed executions, duplicate orders, or unintended positions. You are responsible for monitoring your account at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cornucopia Supply Corp, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, account deficits, margin calls, or any other financial damages arising from your use of TradeHook, regardless of cause.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of this platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
