You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeHook and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your trading activity, your settings, your violations of these Terms, or your misuse of the service.
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, billing, legal concerns, or business reasons.
TradeHook may update these Terms or modify service features at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
