READ BEFORE USING THIS PLATFORM

TradeHook is a software execution engine. It mechanically routes user-defined or third-party signals to user-owned brokerage accounts. TradeHook does not generate signals, provide investment advice, or manage money.

You are solely responsible for: the signals you choose to execute, the strategies you subscribe to, all trading decisions, and all resulting profits or losses. TradeHook's role ends at execution. What gets executed, and whether it makes or loses money, is entirely your responsibility.

TRADING FUTURES, FOREX, EQUITIES, AND CRYPTOCURRENCIES INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. YOU MAY LOSE MORE THAN YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT. ONLY RISK CAPITAL YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE ENTIRELY. THIS PLATFORM IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR ALL PERSONS.

1. What TradeHook Is

TradeHook is a webhook-to-broker execution engine operated by Cornucopia Supply Corp. It receives HTTP webhook signals from external sources (TradingView, custom algorithms, third-party signal providers) and routes them as order instructions to the user's own brokerage account via the broker's published API. TradeHook:

  • Does not generate, recommend, or evaluate trading signals
  • Does not hold, custody, or transmit user funds
  • Does not act as a principal in any trade
  • Does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice
  • Is not registered as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser (CTA), introducing broker, or financial institution with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, FCA, SEBI, MAS, ASIC, or any other regulatory body

2. Signal Responsibility

TradeHook executes whatever signal it receives mechanically and without discretion. The platform has no ability to evaluate whether a signal is appropriate, profitable, legal, or suitable for any particular user.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • The source, quality, and accuracy of any signals sent to your webhook URL
  • The strategy logic that generates those signals
  • Any third-party signal providers or strategies you choose to follow
  • Verifying that signals comply with applicable laws, broker terms, and exchange rules
  • All profits and losses resulting from executed signals
  • Any broker fees, commissions, margin calls, or account deficits incurred

TradeHook makes no representation that any signal, strategy, or trading method is profitable, suitable, or appropriate. A signal that worked historically may fail in the future. Past execution data shown on the platform is historical record only — it does not indicate, predict, or guarantee future results.

3. Marketplace — Signal Providers

Strategy providers listed on the TradeHook Marketplace are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Cornucopia Supply Corp or TradeHook. By listing a strategy, providers agree that:

  • They are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legality of their strategy
  • Performance statistics are historical and do not guarantee future results
  • They will not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated performance claims
  • They will not use TradeHook to execute strategies that violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to market manipulation, front-running, or wash trading
  • They are responsible for determining whether publishing their signals requires registration as a CTA, investment adviser, or equivalent in their jurisdiction

TradeHook reserves the right to remove any listing at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, regulatory concern, or user complaints.

4. Marketplace — Subscribers

When you subscribe to a strategy on the TradeHook Marketplace, you are instructing TradeHook to automatically execute that provider's signals on your brokerage account. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have independently evaluated the strategy and determined it is appropriate for you
  • TradeHook does not endorse, verify, or vouch for any strategy provider or their signals
  • Displayed win rates, P&L figures, and performance statistics are historical only and do not predict or guarantee future performance
  • You bear full and sole responsibility for all trading losses incurred through auto-executed signals
  • You can unsubscribe at any time, which will stop future signal execution
  • Subscribing to a strategy does not create any advisory relationship between you and the strategy provider or TradeHook
  • You should never allocate capital to auto-executed strategies that you cannot afford to lose entirely

5. White Label & Partner Operators

Companies and individuals who license TradeHook's technology as white-label operators ("Operators") are independently responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where they operate or have end users
  • Obtaining any required licences, registrations, or regulatory approvals for the services they offer their end users
  • Ensuring their end users receive adequate risk disclosures appropriate to the products traded in their jurisdiction
  • Their end users' data privacy and security obligations
  • All commercial relationships with their end users, including billing, refunds, and support

TradeHook provides infrastructure only. Cornucopia Supply Corp is not liable for the regulatory compliance or business conduct of white-label operators or their end users.

6. Risk Disclosure

Futures trading involves substantial risk. Futures are leveraged instruments; losses can exceed your initial deposit. Not suitable for all investors.

Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk due to leverage. A high percentage of retail accounts lose money trading forex and CFDs.

Cryptocurrency trading is highly speculative and volatile. Crypto assets are not legal tender and are not backed by any government or central bank. Values can go to zero.

Equities and options carry risk of total loss of invested capital.

Automated execution does not reduce trading risk. An automated system can and will execute losing trades. No algorithm or signal eliminates the risk of loss.

Technology risk: Internet disruptions, broker outages, API failures, or software bugs may result in missed executions, duplicate orders, or unintended positions. You are responsible for monitoring your account at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cornucopia Supply Corp, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, account deficits, margin calls, or any other financial damages arising from your use of TradeHook, regardless of cause.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the use of this platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the subscription fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

8. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use TradeHook for market manipulation, spoofing, layering, or wash trading
  • You may not use TradeHook to violate any broker's terms of service
  • You may not share your webhook URL with third parties unless you are a registered signal provider on the marketplace
  • You may not use TradeHook if you are located in a jurisdiction where automated trading or the relevant financial instruments are prohibited
  • Prop firm users: you are responsible for ensuring automated execution complies with your prop firm's rules. TradeHook is not liable for prop firm account violations

9. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans are subject to an early cancellation fee equal to 6 months of the remaining subscription cost if cancelled within the annual term. Trial periods are 7 days; no charge until trial ends. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unpaid invoices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email and will require re-acceptance on next login. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. The current Terms version is always available at tradehook.io/terms.

Current version: May 17, 2026

Summary (not a substitute for the full terms above): TradeHook executes your signals. We don't pick them, evaluate them, or take responsibility for their outcomes. You choose what fires through TradeHook. You own the results — good or bad. Trading is risky. Only use money you can afford to lose.
