FAQ
When do I get paid?
Monthly. Once your balance reaches $50, we pay within 5 business days of month-end via PayPal or bank transfer.
How long is the referral window?
30 days from first click. If your referral signs up within 30 days of clicking your link, you get credited.
What if they upgrade their plan?
You earn 15% of whatever they pay each month. If they upgrade from Basic to Pro, your commission increases automatically.
Is there a limit on earnings?
No cap. Refer 1 trader or 1,000 — you earn 15% on all of them, every month.
What about free trials?
No commission is earned during the free trial period. Commission starts when they make their first real payment.
Can I promote to anyone?
Yes, as long as you do not make false claims about TradeHook or guarantee trading profits. Standard FTC/ASA disclosure rules apply.
What if a referred user requests a refund?
Commission on refunded payments is reversed. Ongoing future commissions from that user are unaffected.
